Not true to size ordered a pair of boots for grandson usually a U.K. 6 so ordered a U.K. 6.5 to give a bit more room doesn’t fit him at all think they are about a U.K. 5.5 , they are customised so can’t return even though there sizing is not correct Communication is rubbish won’t be buying again from them Shame as boots look really nice .

Worst online shopping experience iv ever had. I ordered a parcel on the 12th August 2022, was supposed to receive it on the 2rd September, till to date there is no trace of my parcel. No one to contact, iv been in and out of the post office, still no help. Can I at least get my refund back, cause the service is long overdue and I don't have what I paid for

I received an order cancelled email from tradeinn.com.
My order (Order # 32736808. Total 6 items ) had been cancelled since 12 Sep

However, I checked the credit card account by today.
14 Sep. I was billed in twice of amounts $1088.96 and 785.47 respectively. The credit card ending 4 digit 8073.

Also, I send email in twice to enquiry the refund when will be taken. BUT no reply at all.

I can say this is poor experience.

Goods are sent from Spain. Customer service and return process is horrible. Please think twice before buying.


I placed an order for ASIC Shoes UK Size 11 (after paying the shipping cost of £7) as thier portal display UK sizes only in the dropdown list.

What I received from them was a UK size 10.5 (as their portal converts the EU size to UK size and they messed up).

Now I am trying to return the goods, I am asked to pay for the return postage too, for thier mistake without explanation. I wish i can add pictures here!

In summary, yes buying from Goalinn/Tradeinn will save few £, but trust me, not worth the hassle.

In these day of free delivery/returns offered by legit UK companies, I cannot believe Goalinn is offering such poor service!

I know Goalinn will ask for an Order no to my feedback and possibly take no action!

I ordered shoes from them on the 10th of august and they said i will receive on 15 September to 19 September. today when i check it says 15 October 2022.
this is bad, very bad way of doing business.

Item good quality and at a good price. Delivery took a little while and was quite expensive, but I'm happy with the purchase.

Sorry but your answer was not helpful. I'm asking for a refund because I never receive the item, and theres no phone or contact to reach you.... Its been over a month and I already left the property, I'm living in a different state now, do you understand that? If you understand it, will you then be reasonable and please proced with my refund? or what else do I need to do ? you are taking my money!

The worst customer service ever, I contacted them multiple times regarding a delivery that has never arrived. Every time I got a response that offered no assistance. It's over 6 weeks and no progress on the matter, no compensation, no offer of further assistance. Would not buy from them ever again.

Furthermore I would advise anyone to avoid them and spend you lr money elsewhere.
